Specialty Coffee Roaster, 2 positions available

Join the LBC Team by training towards becoming a Specialty Coffee Roaster. There are 2 positions available to work with and be trained by our Master Roaster. We are only looking for persons who are very interested in specialty coffee and/or the culinary arts. A balance between science and art is needed for this position. Must be able to work independently and in a team and must be able to work well under stress.

For this position, we are only seeking dedicated individuals striving for personal success and success of the company they work for.  Travel to coffee origin is required. A firm understanding of coffee growing, harvesting, processing, cupping and green purchasing will be trained. Must be able to buy green coffees at origin independently based on taste profiles of the market and companies expectations.

Conversational English is required.

Sales Representative – Brno

Join the LBC team and be part of the specialty coffee movement in the Czech Republic. We are looking to fill a Sales Representative Position to be based in Brno for account management, sales and marketing activities to Brno and its surrounding areas. Training is included, minimum 3 years horeca sales experience beneficial, must be driven for self-success. We offer a competitive base salary and a commission based on performance.
